Chris Gentile is an experienced specialist in adult education with a strong record of creating learning experiences that help leaders and their teams reach their full potential.
Chris thrives on building authentic relationships by keeping in mind that “the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.” He’s passionate about helping organizations develop their workforce for the future and working with thought-leaders to develop innovative solutions that drive lasting change.
Throughout his career, Chris has worked closely with senior leadership teams to foster personal growth, to develop and support a culture of ongoing learning, and to drive continuous improvement. Serving as a thought-partner, Chris has experience understanding challenges and opportunities to develop learning solutions for organizations across a number of industries and sectors, and is an avid believer in designing experiences that bring people together, excited to learn.
Prior to joining Third Factor, Chris managed client relationships for customized executive education programs at the Smith School of Business, Queen’s University, where he worked closely with senior leaders to help develop leadership capabilities across leadership teams. Before Queen’s, Chris oversaw strategic partnerships at EF Education First, an international private education firm that helped professionals with their development and foster personal growth through educational travel.
Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto, and a certificate in Adult Learning & Development from the Ontario Institute of Studies in Education (OISE) at UofT. He is a self-proclaimed history buff and has a personal passion for military history and work. Outside of work, you can find Chris either at CrossFit or kickboxing, or you can catch him embracing the live music scene.
